Want to start this review off by saying that Kristian helped us and she was AWESOME! Excellent service from her. The location is great, right off the escalators, so you can valet, walk a few steps and turn the corner and you're right there. The restaurant is pretty and has a cozy, intimate feeling, which is what I like about it. Food is good, but the service is really what puts this place up at the top for me. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are going to Caesars Palace!
If you're craving seafood while in Vegas, don't sleep on this spot in Caesar's. Hubs and I started with a variety of oysters from the raw bar, which were a great way to begin our dinner. For the next course, I ordered the King Salmon, which was absolutely cooked to perfection with a crispy skin and light seasoning that didn't overpower the fish. We also ordered the Wild Alaskan Black Cod, which sat on a bed of soba noodles in a delicious broth. The fish was the star of this dish for sure! The service was wonderful, and the views play tricks with your mind as you gaze upon the clouds, making you think that you are dining outside on a bluebird day.
Water Grill in Las Vegas, located inside Caesar's Hotel, offers amazing seafood, atmosphere, and service. The seafood is fresh and flavorful, the ambiance is elegant, and the staff is attentive and friendly. A must-visit for seafood lovers!
CHAD CHAD CHAD, #1 the best. The best service I've had in a long time. So knowledgeable, Great recommendations, incredibly attentive.
I would like to start this by talking about the service top notch. I did not at any time feel as though I was rushed or forgotten our server Jose Moya the Oyster king made it an experience that needs to be rivaled. He was awesome in knowledge on food drink and geography of the food. It was not just about dining it was about learning and feeling seen and heard. The ambiance was great, fish were mounted on the wall, they had live crab and lobster which looked like you could choose. Dark quiet intimate setting. Now for food and drink. My drinks were whiskey based. My wife's were gin based. If you enjoy a nicely concocted cocktail, the flavors blend together nicely and compliment the food masterfully. They have plenty of oysters to choose from from both the East and the West Coast options . So for the mussels, I typically do not like mussels the sauce and how it pairs was the first time I could actually stomach mussels I was impressed. You skip the crab cake. I was not a fan due to consistency and flavor. However, they have more positive that negative. Main dish Chilean sea bass and wild brittany dover sole. You have to try it. The way the sea bass pairs with the butternit squash and sauce.... you should try it. Long story short, I recommend
My mother and I stumbled upon Water Grill while shopping at the forum. It was the perfect location to take a break and people-watch. Their oysters are a must and I like that they offer both east and west coast options. The caesar salad was just ok for me, the lettuce didn't seem fresh, but I liked the fresh anchovies. My mother enjoyed her sushi roll. I think the seafood is obviously the way to go here. Service was 10/10.
I stopped here for lunch while walking through the Forum Shops. I found it a little strange that a restaurant with the word "grill" in its name would have a lunch menu that was mostly raw or cold items including Sushi. I had just had an amazing meal at Nobu the night before, so I was not interested in more raw fish. In the appetizer section of the menu, two items caught my eye. I had the Clam Chowder and Oysters Rockefeller. The Chowder was rich and creamy with lots of Clams, Bacon , Potatoes and other Vegetables. There were even four clams in their shells floating on top. The Oysters had Fennel, Spinach and Parmesan Cheese. They were both outstanding versions of classic dishes. The only negative was that the rolls that came with my meal were a bit doughy and underbaked. Service was prompt and professional and they are easily wheelchair accessible. I will definitely be back.
Second time here and it's still the best experience. Came in on Tuesday for lunch and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were polite and had friendly banter. Our server Tayah was exceptionally awesome. Offered us drinks right away and helped us with her favorite dishes. Ordered : 1/2 dozen Oysters - Amazing and fresh. The sauces that accompanied them were on point. Lobster Roll & Fries - . Fries were so good and the lobster was cooked perfectly in that garlic bread. Roll was completely stuffed with lobster. Great experience with quality service. We didn't have to ask for refills and we were always checked on by Tayah. I'll be back again!
